* A single charge is invoiced on first installation and renewed annually upon
request. The per-day charge calculation is based on one PC during subsequent
years. Additional PCs (maximum 5) reduce the per-day rate; please see below for
detailed pricing schemes. All prices exclude VAT.

On-site intervention:
On-site intervention costs CHF 119 per hour. If you know already that you have a
lot of computer work you need done, consider buying a pre paid block of eight
hours for only CHF 859. You will save over 10% off the hourly rate and the
hours are good for one full year.
Payment terms:
During the installation the client is presented with an invoice for the first
twelve months of the SNIPP subscription. A renewal reminder will be sent before
the subscription expires. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. Upon
client request for renewal, an new invoice will be mailed to the client.
Payment terms for all SNIPP invoices are net 15 days.
